With single edged slightly curved pipe-back blade, double edged towards the point, etched within panels with foliage and crowned VR cypher and a family crest and moto (a folder of research accompanies this sword) regulation steel scroll hilt with wire bound fish-skin grip, in its original steel scabbard with two suspension rings.
