A Silver Inlaid Pocket Pistol by Jones of London. With round brass three stage cannon barrel, stamped beneath with London proof marks and Foreigners mark, engraved on the top with what appears to be The Prince of Wales’s Feathers, (consisting of three ostrich feathers emerging from a coronet) border engraved box-lock action decorated with foliage and signed on a scroll to the left, ‘JONES’ and ‘LONDON’ on a scroll the right, sliding trigger safety catch, swelling walnut butt inlaid with scrolling wire, with hallmarked silver grotesque mask. In lovely condition overall. Retaining 100% of the original silver wire.
