A Mint Paget Carbine
An Outstanding 16-Bore Paget Flintlock Cavalry Carbine. With browned barrel with brass fore-sight, stamped with Tower proofs and crowned B inspection mark, plain tang, flat double-line engraved lock with GR crowned and TOWER across the tail, figured full stock stamped with Board of Ordnance ownership mark on one side of the butt, initials RC opposite the lock, two inspection marks behind the tang of the trigger guard, and with the suppliers name Potts along the bottom of the butt, regulation brass mounts, saddle-bar and ring, and stirrup ramrod.
