With round double barrel block, with fluted barrel rib, fitted with a captive ramrod to the left, the barrels decorated with a band of foliage at the muzzle and sprays of foliage towards the breech, the barrels stamped with Irish registration mark ‘D-C8344’, profusely engraved box-lock action, decorated in the Irish style with scrolling foliage throughout, signed on a banner, ‘PARKINSON’ to the left and ‘DUBLIN’ to the right, the cock decorated en suite, swelling walnut butt with rectangular silver escutcheon.
