With octagonal sighted barrel, retaining traces of orignal brown, and signed ‘DUBLIN’ alongtheu top flat, foliate engraved breech, profusely engraved tang, border engraved back-action lock, decorated with sprays of folaige and signed, ‘W&J KAVANAGH’, cock decorated en suite, full-stocked in walnut and cut with chequering at the grip, vacant rectangular escutcheon, fitted with a belt clip to the side, engraved steel mounts comprising trigger guard and ramrod pipes, fitted with captive ramrod.
