With blued sighted barrel, blued top-strap engraved, ‘DEANE ADAMS & DEANE. 30 KING WILLIAM ST LONDON BRIDGE’, blued serial numbered cylinder and border engraved frame, decorated with scrolling foliage, trigger guard decorated with scrolling foliage, figured walnut grip with fluted butt, Serial Number 8427R, retaining virtually all of its original finish: in original lined and fitted oak case with accessories including brass-mounted flask retaining nearly all original finish, bullet mould, turn screw, etc, the interior of the lid with retailer’s trade label, the exterior with vacant circular escutcheon, crack to wood, London proof marks. A fine pistol.
