An English Infantry Hanger for the Huntingdon Militia. With slightly curved blade, cut with a long fuller running along the back edge, stamped on both sides with the running fox mark of Samuel Harvey and struck at the forte with a crowned ‘5’, Brass hilt of standard pattern, the heart shaped guard marked M = HUNTINGDON and 3/24.
