An East India Company Flintlock Long Sea Service Pistol. With plain tapering barrel stamped with Ordnance proofs, plain tang, border engraved lock with Rampant Lion and ’1811’ across the tail, struck with inspection mark under the pan, border engraved ring-neck cock, figured full stock, with apron around the barrel tang and stamped with inspectors marks including those in the ramrod channel, regulation brass mounts including pommel cap, belt-hook and bras tipped ramrod.
