A Pair of Early Flintlock Holster Pistols by T. Green. With round two-stage barrels stamped with London proofs and Greens own barrel smiths mark, decorated with scrolling foliage towards the breeches, foliate engraved tangs, banana shaped locks double border line engraved and signed, ’T GREEN FECIT’ decorated with scrolling foliage, cocks decorated en suite, full-stocked in walnut with raised mouldings around the tangs, locks and ramrod pipes, brass mounts comprising scrolling side-plates, oval shaped escutcheons with original owners crest engraved on them, long-eared butt caps decorated with scrolling foliage and with grotesque butt masks, brass trigger guards decorated with sprays of foliage on the bows and acanthus leaf finials, turned ramrod pipes and with what appear to be original ramrods.
