With two-stage sighted barrels, plain tangs each with back-sight, rounded locks each signed in capitals, figured full stocks (one with repair to grip - see photograph) each with raised apron around the barrel tang, mounts comprising pierced foliate border engraved side-plates, vacant escutcheons en suite, spurred pommels each with ovoidal cap, trigger-guards each with rounded finial, single turned baluster ramrod-pipes, and brass-capped wooden ramrods, one with steel worm, London proof marks and barrelsmith's mark of James Barbar.
