An Early Flintlock Blunderbuss Pistol by Collicott of Bristol. With belled steel barrel stamped ‘BRISTOL’ at the breech, border engraved tang (replacement screw), border engraved signed banana lock, full-stocked in walnut, decorated with scrolling silver wire around the tang, scrolling brass side-plate, brass grotesque mask, brass trigger guard with sun-burst decoration on bow and acanthus leaf finial, turned ramrod pipes, with later brass mounted ramrod with worm.
