With browned sighted octagonal barrels, signed ‘WILKINSON LONDON’ along the top flats, foliate engraved case-hardened breech plugs, profusely engraved box-lock actions and cocks, fitted with sliding safety catches, blued steel belt hooks, micro chequered walnut grips with vacant rectangular escutcheons, engraved steel butt caps with hinged butt traps, foliate engraved trigger guards and captive ramrods, retaining all of their original colour: in their original lined and fitted box with all accessories including powder flask, bullet mould, etc, in immaculate unused condition, the lid with trade label for ‘James Wilkinson & Son, Gun & Sword Manufacturer To Her Majesty And The Hon. East India Company, No. 27 Pall Mall, London.’ The exterior of the box with rectangular escutcheon with flush fitting carrying handle. An exceptional cased set of pistols in completely ‘new’ condition.
