A Silver Mounted Flintlock Holster Pistol by Brueton of London. With brass barrel stamped with London proofs and Bruetons own barrel smiths mark, line engraved tear-drop to the top of the barrel, foliage at the breech, signed, border engraved lock decorated with a spray of foliage at the tail, steel cock decorated en-suite, full-stocked in walnut, decorated with silver wire around the tang, and raised mouldings around the lock, with silver mounts comprising foliate escutcheon, foliate engraved butt-cap, trigger guard with acanthus leaf finial, pierced silver side-plate and turned silver ramrod pipes, with original brass tipped ramrod with worm.
