A Signal Cannon

An Iron Signal Cannon 19th Century. With tapering multi-stage barrel with raised mouldings and bell-shaped muzzle, the touch hole is centred on a raised lip, plain trunnions, and knob shaped cascabel; on a later steel-mounted stepped wooden carriage of naval type, with wedge elevating block and wooden trucks with steel rims.
