A Scarce .38 Rim-Fire Six-Shot Bacon Revolver. With blued sighted octagonal barrel, stamped Bacon MFG Co. Norwich Conn. along the top flat and C.W. Hopkins Patent May 27 1852. To the left hand side of the barrel, fitted with loading rod beneath, frame with sighting groove, plain cylinder that swings-out, scroll engraved rounded action, spurr trigger, with figured rounded grips retaining original varnish, a scarce gun.
