A Pretty Little Pair of Percussion Pistols by Parkes of London. With round two-stage turn-off cannon barrels, stamped below with London proofs, border engraved box-lock actions, profusely engraved with stands of arms to the left and signed within plaques to the right, converted from flintlock to percussion, swelling walnut butts (one of the pistols with an old repair to the grip), inlaid with scrolling silver wire, with silver grotesque mask. Of small size.
