A Presentation Rifle Regiment Sword. With slightly curved blade cut with a long deep fuller on both sides, etched with scrollwork and a presentation inscription:

TO COLOUR SERGEANT S.R.W. SHAW
ON HIS APPOINTMENT TO ENSIGNCY OF THAT COMPANY 1866
And decorated with bugle horn framed by ribands, Steel gothic hilt of standard pattern, copper wire bound fish-skin grip, contained in original steel scabbard with two suspension rings. The scabbard and his have been painted in silver paint, the blade remains in very good, untouched condition.
