A 40-Bore Percussion Pocket Pistol by Clabrough of Lincoln. With sighted turn-off barrel, engraved with a band of foliage at the muzzle, stamped with Birmingham proofs at the breech and numbered ‘1’. Engraved box-lock action, signed to the left ‘Clabrough Lincoln’ fitted with standing rear-sight on the action and engraved with a shield surrounded by foliage along the top-strap, deeply chequered walnut grip, with silver lion mask on the butt, engraved silver escutcheon.
