With round blued turn-off barrels engraved with a band of foliage at the muzzles and simple line decoration towards the breech, stamped brow with London proofs, breeches engraved with sun bursts, steel border engraved box-lock actions decorated with stands of arms and signed within an oval, engraved thumb-piece safety catches that lock the pans, deeply chequered swelling butts completed with diamond shaped vacant white metal escutcheons and beautifully engraved silver butt caps. An outstanding pair of pistols in superb untouched condition.
