With rifled octagonal barrel, signed ‘SMITH LONDON’ along the top flat and fitted with a side mounted sprung bayonet to the side, border engraved box-lock action decorated with sprays of foliage and fitted with a belt clip, with sliding safety catch that also locks the pan, chequered bag-shaped butt, stamped with Tower private proofs and ‘B3’ at the breech.
