A Good Flintlock Pocket Pistol by Harcourt & Son of Ipswich. With blued round barrel decorated with a band of foliage at the muzzle and struck below with Birmingham proofs, border engraved box-lock action decorated with stands of arms and signed within an oval to the left and with ‘IPSWICH’ to the right, sliding safety catch that also locks the pan, slab sided walnut grip. A very good example.
