With three stage steel barrel, slightly swamped towards the muzzle, struck with London proofs and traces of barrel smiths mark, plain tang cut with sighting groove, border engraved banana lock, signed along the bottom, full-stocked in walnut with raised mouldings around the lock, ramrod channel and barrel tang, engraved brass furniture including long eared butt cap with grotesque mask, line engraved trigger guard with stylised acanthus leaf finial, turned ramrod pipes, with brass capped wooden ramrod.
