With sighted octagonal barrel signed in Gothic script, ‘RIGBY DUBLIN’ along the top flat, case-hardened breech with three platinum lines and platinum touch-hole, profusely engraved tang incorporating rear-sight, stepped border engraved lock, decorated with scrolling foliage and fitted with a sliding safety catch, half-stocked in walnut cut with chequering at the grip, profusely engraved steel mounts comprising border engraved butt-cap decorated with scrolling foliage, spurred trigger guard with pineapple finial, and turned ramrod pipes, with original horn tipped ramrod with worm.
