With browned sighted barrels, engraved ‘YORK’ along the central rib and decorated with gold lines at the breech, platinum breech plugs, foliate engraved tang cut with sighting groove, stepped bevelled locks, signed ‘BRUNTON’ decorated with sprays of foliage and fitted with sliding safety catches (left hand cock a working life replacement) half-stocked in walnut, cut with chequering at the grip, vacant rectangular white metal escutcheon, with white metal barrel bolt escutcheons, beautifully engraved steel mounts comprising trigger guard decorated with foliage, pineapple finial, pineapple ramrod throat, with original brass mounted ramrod.
