A Crisp Percussion Top-Hat Pistol by Parkhouse of Taunton. With round turn-off barrel decorated with bands of foliage at the muzzles, stamped below with Birmingham proofs and ‘8’ foliate engraved brass box lock action signed within ‘PARKHOUSE’ to the left and ‘TAUNTON’ to the right, engraved dolphin hammer, fitted with sliding safety catche that lock the pistol at half-cock, chequered walnut butt with silver lions head mask.
