A Colt .36 Richards Conversion Rim Fire Revolver, No. 6306. With sighted round barrel, stamped ‘ADDRESS COL SAM L COLT NEW-YORK US AMERICA’ and fitted with a sprung ejector rod to the right side, with five-shot cylinder engraved with the Stage Coach scene, modified to take rim-fire cartridge, stamped ‘6306’ and with Richards assembly number ‘7528’ the frame stamped with dates PAT JULY 25, 1871 and PAT JUL 2/ 1973, silvered trigger guard with varnished wooden grips, (some scuffs).
