With rifled octagonal sighted barrel signed along the top and sides ‘BERRYS IMPROVED REVOLVER WOODBRIDGE’ cylinder engraved with a geometric band at the forward edge, foliate scroll engraved  action, engraved bar-hammer and trigger guard, ovoid butt cap, finely chequered figured rounded butt  , with traces of original finish throughout (some light rust patination): in original lined and fitted mahogany case with accessories including powder flask, bullet mould, rammer and turn-screw, the interior lid with makers trade label, the exterior with vacant brass escutcheon, Birmingham proofs.
