With round sighted barrels, cut with a central sighting groove, stamped ‘DUBLIN’, border engraved steel tangs cut with a sighting groove, border engraved locks, signed MURPHY below the pans and decorated with sprays of foliage at the tails, French-style cocks, decorated with foliage, full-stocked in walnut, cut with chequering at the grips, white metal mounts, comprising vacant oval escutcheons and barrel bolt escutcheons and butt caps, engraved steel trigger guards, decorated with shields surrounded by foliage on the bows, turned ramrod pipes and horn tipped ramrods; in a contemporary lined and fitted case, complete with bullet mould, powder flask and turn-screw.
