With blued octagonal sighted barrel and top-strap, engraved CLOUGH & SON 9 NEW BOND STREET BATH, blued cylinder (with area of pitting where the revolver has been laid flat) blued border engraved frame with patent numbers on the right side, safety-stop and arbor pin, chequered figured rounded butt, retaining quite a bit of original finish throughout, London proof marks.
