With octagonal to round sighted barrel with New York City address, with six-shot plain (no scene remaining) cylinder stamped ‘11824’, the pistol has matching serial numbers throughout apart from the rammer and wedge - they are numbered 1481, the frame is stamped ‘COLTS PATENT US’ brass trigger guard and back-strap, crisp action and indexing. A Scarce pistol!
