A 17th Century English Hanger

With slightly curved single-edged blade retaining faint traces of original engraving, what appears to be panels and coats of arms, iron hilt with downturned shell guard, D-shaped knuckle guard with mushroom pommel, antler grip decorated with silver pointille work. A beautiful English Hanger.
