A 1796 Pattern Infantry Officers Sword. With tapering fullered blade, double-edged at the point, regulation ormolu hilt with double shell-guard, knuckle-guard and faceted pommel, cast and chased with foliage, swelling rear quill, grip bound with silver wire. No scabbard.
